Making a purchase

Making a purchase with Amberley Aromatics could not be easier! Just browse our shop and select the button against any items you wish to purchase. This will place the item(s) into your personal shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, then just click on the button within the top frame of the website. This will take you to your cart, within which you can then make any final ammendments before going through to the payment mechanism.

Acceptance of your order is subject to stock availability and status. If there are any issues with product availability which might affect delivery time, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to let you know. Your order will be acknowledged and confirmed by receipt of an email.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. You will be advised of any additional charges before you are asked to confirm the order.

There is no minimum order value.

The online shop is only open to customers within the EU, with payment currently only in GBP Sterling. Postage to EU customers will vary and you will be advised of additional shipping costs.

  PayPal Account Holders

All card transactions will be processed using the PayPal processing system. This is to ensure the highest level of security and ease of transaction. As part of the payment process, you will be transferred to the PayPal site to complete payment. You will then be returned to the Amberley Aromatics site upon completion.

  Non-PayPal Account Holders

You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete payment. For non-PayPal account holders, instead of logging into PayPal there is an option on the screen that enables you to make payment using your credit/debit card.

  Delivery

There is free delivery when you spend £30.00 or more in the online shop. Orders under £30.00 will incur a delivery charge of £3.50. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

The delivery period will depend on the product ordered but we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.

Amberley Aromatics will not be liable for any consequential loss caused by failure of the carrier to deliver.

Any claim for shortages / damage to the goods in transit must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Our liability in respect of any such claim is limited at our option to replacement of the goods or refund of the price, and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss.

Amberley Aromatics is not responsible for any local import duties on export orders.

Amberley Aromatics Limited reserves the right to make changes to the online portfolio of products, and can withdraw items from sale at any time without prior notice. All prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Although every effort has been made to ensure the images shown accurately reflect the product displayed, we cannot guarantee an exact likeness. This can be due to the products being of natural original and subject to colour differences between batches of essential oils and other natural ingredients. Also, packaging may be subject to change due to available supplies or as improvements are made to the existing range.
